Cindy is compassionate, understanding and made herself available in literally any hour. She always kept us updated every day, so the communication was amazing. We were first time home buyers and complete noobs about the entire process of buying a home. Thankfully we found our realtor, Cindy Banescu, who guided us to our little dream cabin.
The Southern California market is as cutthroat as they say, and I know we'd be utterly defeated by now if we didn't have Cindy. We looked at houses for months and had all the highs and lows that come with home buying in this area. We were outbid by last minute cash buyers on our first try. And as heartbreaking as it was, our wise realtor, Cindy knew there were better homes to be had. On our second try we thought we had found a good deal but with Cindy's expertise we found out the house was a complete lemon!
